The Staffly sales process

Strategic selling.

Your first five clients. One process. The founder's.

This is how the founder started. One person, one process, and a company grew out of it. The same framework is still used today and has contributed to more than 1,000 contracts sold. When you join Staffly as an SDR or franchise with Staffly, you run it too.

Remote outsourcing is a market approaching half a trillion dollars. Get the full breakdown as a free PDF: how to find, qualify, and close your first five clients with the Staffly process.

  • The same process every Staffly seller runs
  • Free PDF, sent by a real person

What strategic selling is

Sell to the whole room,
not just the person on the call.

Strategic Selling is a book by Robert B. Miller and Stephen E. Heiman. Its idea is simple: in a real business, more than one person decides. If you only sell to the one who picked up the phone, you lose deals you should have won. Here is the idea in plain words.

Find every buyer

The person who pays, the person who uses it, the person who checks it, and the person on your side. Four roles, sometimes one person, often three. Know each one.

Ask what a win looks like

Each buyer wants something different. The owner wants revenue. The manager wants time back. The finance person wants no surprises. Sell each one their win.

Spot the red flags early

A buyer you have not met. A question you cannot answer. A change on their side. Write it down and handle it before it kills the deal.

One clear objective

Every call has one goal you can write in a sentence: book the strategy call, get the short list approved, get the start date. No goal, no call.

Follow up like it matters

Most deals are lost in silence. The process tells you when to call back, what to say, and when to stop. Nothing sits.

Track it all

Every call, text, meeting, and show-up goes in SAI and ARA. You see your numbers every day. So do we. That is how you get better fast.

Who we learn from

Built from the best public work
in North American sales.

We did not invent selling. We studied the people who teach it best and built one process our whole team runs. What we take from each:

Grant Cardone

Best practices in sales and team building. Volume, follow up, and a team that never lets a lead go quiet.

Daniel G.

Best practices in execution, delivery, and work ethic. The phone, the follow through, and showing up every day.

Shelby Sapp

Best practices in confidence and control. Leading the conversation, setting the next step, and asking for the close.

Jordan Belfort

Best practices in sales methodology. The straight line: every call moves from open to close, and you know where you are on it.

Patrick Bet-David

Value first. Sell the outcome and the plan, and think five moves ahead for the client and for yourself.

Strategic Selling

Robert B. Miller and Stephen E. Heiman. The framework underneath all of it: buyers, wins, red flags, one objective.

Named for their public teaching, which shaped how we sell. None are affiliated with or endorse Staffly.

A women-led salesforce

Seventy percent of Staffly's sales team are women.

Filipinas are at the forefront of sales at Staffly and are our top performers today. This process is theirs as much as the founder's.

How we sell Staffly

The four steps
every client experiences.

This is the founder's process, running on the software we built. What the customer experiences is what a franchisee runs. Short cycle, repeatable, measured at every step.

Email me the book Watch the founder's process
  1. Call and book, in SAI.

The leads are called from SAI with the power dialer. Every call is logged in four clicks. One goal: book the strategy call and get them to show up.

  2. The strategy call, closed.

Twenty minutes. The closer writes the job description with the client, closes on the call, and asks for payment on the call. That call is the product.

  3. The short list, in SANI.

Fulfilment starts the same day. The client shops a short list in SANI, picks who they want to meet, and meets them.

  4. Start, onboard, report.

The operator starts, onboarding runs, the first SOPs get written with the client, and ARA reports every day. The client keeps the relationship. You keep the commission.

Four sales. ₱100,000 a month.
Start with the process.

We run a North American sales organization structure. Commission depends on the package you sell. Four sales a month is the running average when the process is followed the way the founder built it. Not a promise of income.
